    I have purchased a smartwatch from infrill.com for rupess Rs.2815 but your company had shown a good watch but when i orded they have given me a diffrent watch so i had apply for a retune but no body is giving response for my mail and retune product i have paid so much rupess….what about my money and product retun

      Yes,me too,i orderd sphinx pro waterproof watch,but they sent very low quality watch. I tried to contact infrill customcare also.but they dont have any contact no,i already put mail regarding this matter.but even they didn’t reply to my mail.i want to return this . What should i do now?

    I had got a worst product and the one which i had not ordered so i had even not start the product it was a zeblaze 4G thor smart watch and i had got a different product. I dont need the one i got i had complaied and fill the form of return request can you please help me getting refund still no one had replied to the mail or even in complained returned form so please help me getting the product return and get my money back.

    I have ordered a smart watch(Zeblaze THOR S, Model 556698 ) on 28th June with order id #170065 and it was delivered on 30th June. When i opened i could see that the back side lid is not fitting into the watch and the battery was slight bulged and not adjusting into the watch. When i tried to switch on the watch with a long press its not even started and i tried with usb cable as well but no use. Highlighting this i raised complaint on the site on 1st July and i did not received any acknowledgement or message and again i repeated the same on 2nd July, when the request is submitted we could see a message that “Thank you for submitting your return request. Your request has been sent to the relevant department for processing. You will be notified via e-mail as to the status of your request” but I haven’t received anything yet.

    I did not received any acknowledgement or reply from Infrill from past one week. i neither find a mail id or customer care number who can help me.

    I ordered the same product which u all people have commented about…even I have applied for return policy…its been a month since I have posted 10 emails to infrill.com..but I have got no reply…last stage m gonna take is to pull them to consumer court
