Central Bank of India has recently introduced its new human resource management solution (HRMS) package for its employees. The HRMS solution is believed to improve the productivity of the bank and its employees. The main purpose of the software is to automate all employee oriented functions for their internal staff. Previously, the company had already automated all customer-centric functions and now the big step is been taken for the employees.

This particular software is been launched in order to make the lives of the employees a bit more convenient. The sole purpose of the software is to offer the best human resource services to the employees. This, as a result, will increase the confidence of the employees on the bank. The software can be used or accessed by both present and retired employees of the bank.
The new HRMS solution is known to automate around 30 human resource processes. This include leave application, payroll, reimbursement of hospitalization, leave travel concession, booking holiday homes and newspaper. The software is actually based on the self-service concept. The introduction of the HRMS solution has cut down on the turnaround time consumed by these processes.
Before the launch of the solution, payroll processing used to take around 12 hours. But with the help of this software now it can be done within 20 minutes. The bank is hoping to see a significant reduction in the costs of operation with the use of the HRMS solution. Since the software can automate around 30 HR tasks, it can save up to one lakh sheets of paper every month.
The Central Bank of India HRMS is a great initiative taken by the bank. With the use of this software, most of the HR based tasks can be done within minutes. Not to forget that it helps in reducing the overall costs of operation as well.
